To be eligible for admission to the Annual Examination, the student should have Attended not less than three-fourth (75%) of the total classes for each paper (lectures/practical Sfield work). Completed the practical training requirements.
Record of practical experience, duly completed & signed by the Principal- Pursued a regular course of studies for a minimum period of 11 months in a year.

EXAMINATION FEE & OTHER EXPENSES
Students will be responsible for submitting their examination fee, registration fee, traveling expenses and accommodation expenses during their training at the level of State Council/University.
MIGRATION
Migration from Bhai Gurdas Nursing College to any other institute/College for the same programme is not permitted without the prior approval of the concerned Principals of both the institutes. If any student wants to discontinue her/his studies-due to any reason-shall have to deposit the full amount of admission fee of three years as well as Tuition fee for the entire course-with the institute. The institution will not refund the admission fee/tution fee if any problem arises during the study/programme.
Original Certificates
The students have to deposit their original certificates (Matric and +2) at the time of interview and these certificates will remain with the Institute until their course is completed.
